North Pointe

Soltesz managed and designed the civil engineering of this prestigious residential project. Located along Mill Hill Road, the 200-acre, high-density, single-family development is comprised of approximately 350 dwelling units. Included within this project was the design and construction of a Charles County sanitary sewer pump station, 2,700 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer, and approximately 3,800 linear feet of off-site sanitary sewer along Mill Hill Road. Additionally, the project has required the design of approximately 3,000 lf of 8” watermain line, in two phases, along Mill Hill Road. The project also required surveying the existing corridor for topography, utilities, right-of-way and adjacent property boundaries. Soltesz also designed approximately 10,000 linear feet of roads and 9,000 linear feet of closed storm drain systems in this neighborhood, and over 4,000 lf of Mill Hill Road.
