Professional Development

Additionally, we offer the opportunity for personal and professional growth through our steadfast commitment to continuing education and professional development. Employees are reimbursed for relevant professional license renewals as well as for continuing education requirements needed to maintain their current license. Our Professional Development & Training Program offers over 60 training courses totaling 90 course hours, and the program is certified by the Maryland Board for Professional Engineers for Continuing Professional Competency credits.
