Executive Leadership

Phil Isaja brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering. Phil has managed projects from due diligence, through entitlement and has overseen the design and construction of private, residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use and industrial projects. His technical experience includes stormwater management, dam breach analysis, flood plain studies, roadway design, storm drainage design, water and sewer design, erosion and sediment control design. Phil has extensive experience in managing large, complex projects and is very knowledgeable of the local and state regulations required to process plans and permits for civil engineering approvals while prioritizing client satisfaction.
