Technical Leadership

Patrick Wackerle has over 18 years of civil design experience and extensive knowledge of the federal, state, and local permitting regulations. He has led some the largest and most successful projects for Soltesz’s Southern Maryland operations over a broad range of market segments including commercial, residential and public projects. Patrick brings extensive experience in design with regards to stormwater management, stormwater management retrofitting, storm drainage, sediment and erosion control, grading, water and sewer main capacity analysis, and Maryland State Highway Administration roadway design. Patrick oversees a team out of Soltesz’s Waldorf office.
