As the Information Technology Manager, Matt drives the corporate technical vision and oversees all aspects of the firm’s core technology development, implementation, and support. He is responsible for standardizing and consolidating technology architectures across offices, fostering innovation to meet business objectives, and maximizing IT use to support corporate goals. Matt manages IT operations, software systems analysis, programming, and integrates automation into business activities. He stays current with technology trends, develops, and maintains the firm’s Intranet and Extranet strategies, and procures hardware and software. Additionally, Matt manages all IT needs, from helpdesk support to system evaluation and security.
