Kristin Hamrick currently serves as Soltesz’s Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for managing the firm’s generous benefits program, maintaining a positive work environment across all offices, recruiting, and continuously enhancing the Soltesz Professional Development Program. Kristin has extensive experience as an HR Generalist, including experience in recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, records management, policies development, and legal compliance.
