Executive Leadership

Jyotika Sharma is responsible for managing our Rockville office. Jyotika brings 19 years of experience in the design and management of land development infrastructure projects. Her experience includes planning, engineering, stormwater management, storm drain design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, site planning, feasibilities studies, sediment control, and floodplain management. She has performed work on both private and public projects and has a wide range of experience across Montgomery County, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. This experience provides her insight and understanding of regional and state needs and process necessary to manage the unique challenges that arise in development projects, and she has a successful track record as a civil engineer and project manager.

Jyotika has direct experience preparing and reviewing technical plans and documents for value engineering and compliance with local, state and federal jurisdictional codes, including Montgomery County, SHA, and WSSC. Jyotika has participated in meetings and coordination with these local jurisdictions to bring value design and engineering to the project. Jyotika has prepared exhibits, conceptual and final engineering plans using Microstation, AutoCAD and civil 3D, and has in-depth familiarity with GIS, including MCATLAS, PGATLAS, and various softwares for hydraulic, floodplain analysis and stormwater design like Hec-Ras and Hydraflow Hydrographs. She has performed due diligence for potential land development projects and completed site investigation reports.
