Jason Mills has over 20+ years of experience in civil engineering design and processing various permits through federal, state, and local agencies. As a Senior Project Manager, he has extensive experience in the preparation of erosion and sediment control planning and design, site planning, grade establishment plans, storm drain, and paving plans. Jason’s extensive water resources engineering experience includes stormwater management, watershed planning & floodplain modeling, stream stabilizations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and permitting for ESD of new construction and retrofits.
