Jim Mack has been with Soltesz since 1986. As the Director of Design Technology, Jim is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing computer training for all staff. To ensure company staff are knowledgeable and able to utilize the latest CAD software and techniques, Jim is responsible for assisting with CAD configuration and maintaining standards. He also provides support to staff in the design and drafting of various phases of engineering, subdivision design including storm drain, street grade establishment, horizontal street alignment, earthwork volume calculations, site grading, topographic surveys, and processing of data collected survey information. Jim provides technical research and strategies on new and emerging software programs.
