Garrett Culler is the Director of Survey at Soltesz, leading a team of field technicians and survey crew. Garrett has over 20 years of extensive surveying experience including topographic, boundary, and property line surveying. In addition, he has experience with surveys for easements and Right-of -Way acquisitions. A Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Maryland and West Virginia, Garrett manages the Land Surveying department in the Rockville office, handling projects in local land development, municipal, residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. He ensures quality control, manages project schedules, prepares proposals, and works directly with clients to meet project deadlines.
