Sheraton Rockville Hotel
Situated 5.5 miles north of Washington, D.C.’s Capital Beltway and east of Interstate 270 in Rockville, Maryland, the five-story Sheraton Rockville Hotel is located in the master-planned, mixed-use development of King Farm. The award-winning King Farm community is comprised of 3,200 residential units, 12,000SF of retail, 920,000SF of Class A office space (constructed), with a total of 1.7 million SF to be built. Additionally, within a three-mile radius of the hotel, there is over 12 million SF of office and research space.
The 80,000SF hotel opened in November 2006 and is comprised of 155 guest rooms (103 king rooms and 52 double rooms) in addition to a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor lap pool, a whirlpool, a gift shop, and a 45-seat restaurant and lounge area. Also featured is over 1,000 square feet of flexible public space which includes three 500SF meeting and event rooms and a business center.
