Montgomery County Multi-Agency Service Park
The Montgomery County Multi-Agency Service Park (MASP) is a multi-phased project established to provide economic opportunities for the future growth of Montgomery County, accommodate the implementation of the Shady Grove Sector Plan, and generate replacements for critical aging facilities.
The project consists of 131 acres and is divided into two major sides – East and West – separated with a wetland/stream zone. Montgomery County is relocating a number of facilities from the County Services Park and the Public Safety Training Academy to this site. MASP is divided into four phases, including:
- Complete overall site work and preparation of all building pads
- Montgomery County Public Schools’ food preparation facilities on the east side
- Public Safety Training Academy (PSTA) site on the west side
- Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning and Montgomery County Public Schools facility maintenance Depots also on the east side
Soltesz provided civil engineering for the entire project and full engineering services including associated roadway infrastructure and other environmental and site elements. Soltesz has successfully coordinated tasks with the County and accommodated different clients as selected by the County for the multiple phases from planning through construction administration.
