Giant Food Warehouse at Gateway Commerce Center

Soltesz provided civil engineering and surveying services for the Giant Food Warehouse at Gateway Commerce Center. Soltesz's involvement included a topographic survey, site development plan, coordination and meetings with Howard County, stormwater management, water and sewer civil engineering, and landscape architecture design. Most significantly, Soltesz prepared an erosion and sediment control plan for Howard County Soil Conservation Service and revised the parking area design to include 100 parking spaces.
