Soltesz President & CEO, Jim Soltesz, represented the firm at the BioMedical Innovation Roundtable Forum, a two-day event discussing innovative design and programs surrounding the planned Viva White Oak development. Soltesz is providing civil engineering services for this project.

Soltesz is proud to have been selected by the Percontee Group to provide Civil Engineering services for Viva White Oak, a much anticipated adaptive reuse mixed-use bioscience village development project totaling nearly 300 acres in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Tom Chicca, General Manager of Soltesz’s Rockville office, has been a member of the Baltimore Washington Ride for Kids Task Force for nine years.  Currently, Tom is serving as the Task Force Leader.  This Task Force spends the year planning and organizing the Ride for Kids event.  They also work with individuals, clubs, and dealers to encourage fundraising throughout the year.
