Soltesz’s Rockville office recently welcomed new employees with an introductory lunch, having expanded its staff to include a number of recent college graduates for engineering and landscape architecture roles.

Soltesz has been selected as the lead civil engineer for the new Leonardtown Library and Garvey Senior Activity Center, a highly anticipated 48,000 SF project in St. Mary's County.

Soltesz has had wonderful participation this year from college students in the firm’s Internship Program, attracting civil engineering students from colleges throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

As part of Soltesz’s ongoing commitment to professional development for its employees, the firm recently sponsored a class on building executive presence and developing impromptu speaking strategies.

Engineering News Record has ranked Soltesz, Inc. as a 2016 Mid-Atlantic Top Design Firm!

Jim Gotsch, Associate of Soltesz’s Leonardtown office, has been selected to join the Leadership Southern Maryland’s Executive Program, a service-oriented mentoring program for public leaders.

Soltesz, as a member of the Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners, LLP team, has been selected to provide site civil design for the new visitor entrance and security screening facility at the Washington Monument.

After 18 months from the launch of Soltesz's continuing education certified training program, the firm recently passed the milestone of 1,000 participants!

Soltesz employees from each of the offices joined in the effort to support Red Nose Day, a national campaign dedicated to benefitting children in poverty.
