Greg Kirkwood joined Soltesz in 1994 and is responsible for the direction and oversight of all Finance and Administrative functions in the firm, including accounting, human resources, information technology, contracts/risk management, as well as banking and audit relations. Upon joining Soltesz, Greg quickly and effectively implemented a new and fully-integrated Accounting/MIS system. He has designed and implemented numerous financial management reports and tools for use by all levels of management, including workload/revenue projections, budgetary worksheets, and a wide variety of financial metrics that are routinely used to gauge performance. Greg has also taken significant measures to improve the timeliness of billing and collection procedures. He has demonstrated experience as a technical authority and expert advisor to senior leadership regarding financial, budgetary and audit policies, laws, and regulations.
